Todd Warner’s executive career encompasses a wide variety of leadership experience with both service and manufacturing entities. Growing up on a farm in the Central San Joaquin Valley, Mr. Warner values his strong ties to Valley Agribusiness and the Central Valley. A proven leader with hands-on management experience he has directed business startups, led product development programs, and developed successful marketing and sales programs in both the domestic and international arenas. As a successful equipment manufacturer, his rich background as a hands-on CEO with with over 25 years of C-level experience operating his own businesses, brings a special knowledge to the M&A process.
Todd is a graduate of California State University Fresno with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Finance. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Chartered Merger and Acquistions Professional (CMAP), Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA) and a California licensed Real Estate Broker (Cal BRE #01737715).
